Product components

The product is zinc alloy anode casted made from high-purity zinc ingots, purity 99.995% or higher. We have a wide variety of shapes, such as plates and cylinders (round bars), and more than 50 different sizes.

Product characteristic

Made of high-purity zinc ingots, purity 99.995% or higher. Extremely high anode efficiency.
Superior uniform dissolubility, and the effective potential difference required for corrosion prevention can be maintained over a long period of time, and the generated current is stable. The dissolving surface is smooth without irregularities, which can reduce fuel consumption of vessels and damage to fishing nets on fishing vessels.
Compared to other anodes, zinc alloy anodes have extremely low corrosion products and are less prone to clogging when used in circulating sea water pump.
Low self-corrosion and more than 95% of it is available as effective corrosion protection current, providing high corrosion protection effect.
Less affected by transform of the current density, as a result, it is able to keep excellent performance toward low current density.
ZAP-C is capable of generating steady anode potential under high-temperature water
Even though multitype of paint and coating materials are combined, zinc alloy anode does not give damage on them.
Automatically adjusts current generation
The product does not generate sparks even if dropped during installation, and is safe to use on tankers and other locations where sparks are not permitted.

Construction guidelines

1) Type B

When ZAP is mounted to body, it is the most important to make sure to carry electricity to both, to connect ZAP to protective coverings. Thereby, it is required to avoid using rusted bolts and nuts and bind foreign substances, in order to tight it properly.

It is required to keep metal surface of ZAP clean and exposed in order to generate effects exceptionally well, instead of painting and putting oil on it

2) Type S

The exposed portion of the ZAP core is welded to the target work.
Paint the surface of the exposed core metal after installation.
